Everything you need to know before your appointment — written plainly, so there are no surprises.
Booking & Deposits
- A 40% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the final price once your appointment is accepted.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit is transferable within 30 days — provided we get at least 48 hours' notice.
- By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- This helps us accommodate other clients and ensures your deposit remains transferable for up to 30 days.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. This covers time, preparation, and scheduling already dedicated to your appointment.
- Thank you for valuing our time and respecting our team and other clients.
Hair Preparation
- Please arrive with clean and blown-out hair, or add the "Blow Out" service to your appointment.
- If your hair is under 4 inches, kindly let us know in advance — it may require additional time and adjustments. This helps us maintain the health and safety of our stylists, especially in preventing strain and conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome.
- Extensions for Knotless braids, French curls, Human Hair, and synthetic boho braids are currently provided for and included in the total price.
- Available colours can be seen in the drop-down menu to "Select Braiding Hair" during booking.
- If your desired colour isn't available, feel free to message us to see how best we can accommodate you.
Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods for final payment include cash, Interac, and POS card transactions.
- GST is added at final payment.
Studio Safety
For your safety and ours, please note that our studio is monitored by security cameras.
